About sharing your images and stories:
My books are all about sharing. The space I have in each book is
limited by the publisher to 128 pages. So I do my best to share
with my readers the most amazing images I can find.
Many of the best images do not come from "official" sources,
such as newspaper files or historical societies. Most come from
everyday folks in the community. Folks who remember what the
place and people used to be like, and are willing and eager to
share their "everyday treasures" from the past.
If you think your photo isn't historical, please think again. My
books reflect the everyday life of Harford County and its
people. Catching the train. Celebrating birthdays and holidays.
Being in school. Workplace activities. Home and kitchen. All the
varieties of life in Harford County as seen through the camera
lens from the mid-1800s to today. |
